Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 2 days of booking the tour package.
- However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the booking has already been confirmed with hotels, transport providers, or other service vendors.
- Certain bookings, including peak season travel, festival dates, and last-minute reservations, may be non-refundable as per hotel and transport policies.
Refund & Replacement Policy:
- No cancellations or refunds will be processed for non-refundable services such as flights, hotel reservations, and special permits.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions), alternative travel arrangements may be offered instead of a refund.
- If a customer receives a service that does not match the promised itinerary, they must report it to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of travel completion for review.
- Refunds for service discrepancies will be processed only after verification by our team.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Services:
- If the accommodation, transport, or any travel-related service is unsatisfactory, customers must immediately notify our Customer Service Team during their trip.
- Compensation or alternative arrangements will be provided based on the severity of the issue and vendor policies.
Processing Time for Refunds:
- If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 6-8 business days from the approval date.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
